1. Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I book my yacht rental?
We recommend booking your yacht rental as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
Are there any limitations on time frames I can book the yacht for?
No, we offer scheduled rentals at any time, including overnight charters, to fit your needs.
Do you offer customized itineraries based on client preferences?
Yes, we would be happy to work with you to accommodate your custom itinerary and create the perfect on-water experience.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount depends on the yacht and rental duration.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you notify us more than 5 days in advance of your scheduled yacht rental date, we will provide a full refund of all balances paid. If you notify us less than 5 days before your rental, we will transfer your balance to a new rescheduled date that is mutually agreed upon.
What type of customer support do you offer before, during, and after the rental?
We are committed to providing exceptional service throughout your experience. You will have a professional crew on board, including a captain and stewardess. Upon request, we can also arrange for food pick-up from restaurants and docking at waterfront restaurants.

How long can I rent a yacht for?
Rentals are available for half-day, full-day, or multi-day charters, depending on availability.
Is a captain included in the rental?
Yes, all our charters come with a licensed captain for a safe and enjoyable experience.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule based on availability. We recommend notifying us as early as possible.
Can I bring pets on board?
Some yachts allow pets, but it’s best to check with us in advance.
What is the maximum amount of guests I can have on your yachts?
Due to Florida state law, the maximum number of guests allowed on our yachts is 13.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and select digital payment options such as Venmo and Zelle.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included but appreciated.
Do you offer refunds for bad weather?
Yes, in case of unsafe weather conditions, we offer rescheduling or a full refund.
Do you offer discounts on multiple yacht bookings?
Yes, if you book more than one yacht for additional days, we would be happy to extend a 15% discount on the subsequent yacht rentals.

Most yachts come with lounges, sun decks, sound systems, restrooms, and some offer water activities.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes, we have life jackets for all passengers, including children.
Can we go swimming during the trip?
Yes, we anchor at designated spots for swimming and water activities.
What safety measures are in place?
Our yachts meet all safety regulations, and our crew is trained for emergencies.
How often are the yachts inspected and maintained?
Our yachts undergo thorough inspections every month to ensure they are in pristine condition for your safety and enjoyment.
Are the yachts insured and captains licensed?
Yes, all of our yachts are fully insured, and all of our captains are fully licensed and experienced professionals.

Can we bring our own food and drinks on the yacht?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages on board.
Can I bring alcohol on the yacht?
Yes, if you would like to drink alcohol, you must bring your own. All individuals consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years old, and IDs will be checked upon boarding the yacht.
Can you provide food for our yacht rental?
Yes, we own our own catering company and can offer a variety of delicious food options for your charter. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own food.
